One is for shareholders whose shares are held in the Santander Nominee Service (managed by Equiniti), the other is for shareholders whose shares are held in the Santander UK Nominee. Former Alliance & Leicester Sharesafe shareholders are still registered with Capita Registrars in The Santander UK Nominee

If you have recently changed your address and your shares are held in the Santander Nominee Service you will need to download the below change of address form, fill it out and send it to the below address.

The Santander UK Nominee (managed by Capita)
If you have recently changed your address and your shares are held in the Santander UK Nominee then you will need to download a different change of address form (below). It needs to be downloaded, completed and then sent to the below address.
