Direct Dividend Payment - Mandate Form
UK shareholders can avoid the hassle of having to cash dividend cheques manually by having their dividends paid directly into a personal bank account. In order to do this shareholders will need to provide us with the bank details for the account to which they wish to have their dividends paid.

Be sure to read the below information carefully as there are two mandate forms. One is for shareholders whose shares are held in the Santander Nominee Service (managed by Equiniti), the other is for shareholders whose shares are held in the Santander UK Nominee. Former Alliance & Leicester Sharesafe shareholders are still registered with Capita Registrars in The Santander UK Nominee
