Prize draw Terms and Conditions
1. There are 6 prizes consisting in one Samsung DVD-HD870
2. All visitors to our website www.santandershareholder.co.uk who send an email with comments related to it to shareholders@santander.com before 31 December 2008 will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
3. The prize draw winners will be randomly selected on 9 January 2009 and overseen by an independent adjudicator.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. The prize winners will be notified by email and prizes delivered within 10 business days after the draw. If the winners are unable to be contacted after 30 days or any prize is declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at Banco Santander's discretion. Banco Santander will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner/s to take up the specified prize.
6. Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion.
7. The name and county of the prize winners will be available until 31st Jan 2009 on our website www.santandershareholder.co.uk.
8. The Prize winners agree to the publishing of their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity.
9. No alternatives to the prizes will be offered.
10. The Promoter is Banco Santander SA, Shareholder Department, Santander House, 100 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7NJ.
11. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary and if the circumstances arise outside its control.
