Transferring Shares
There are two transfer shares forms. One is for shareholders whose shares are held in the Santander Nominee Service (managed by Equiniti), the other is for shareholders whose shares are held in the Santander UK Nominee (managed by Capita).
*Former Alliance & Leicester Sharesafe shareholders are still registered with Capita Registrars in The Santander UK Nominee*
