When does Santander pay my dividends?
Santander generally pays dividends four times a year. These are usually paid in August, November, February and May.
When will I receive my dividend payments?
Santander's record date is on the last working day before the dividend date. As a result, the dividend payment happens approximately 10 days later if you receive your dividend by mandate into your bank account. If your dividend is paid by cheque, you will receive the payment about three weeks after the dividend date.

Please Note: Dividends will be paid the day after the above dates should they fall on a bank holiday in Spain.
Can I set up a mandate to receive my dividend payments automatically?
Yes, we can do this for you. Simply complete a dividend mandate form and return it to the address noted on the form, or, call 0871 384 2000 and they will happily send you one to complete and return.
Can I have my dividends re-invested for me to buy more shares?
Yes, this can be done by opening a Santander Shareholder Account and Dividend Re-investment Plan (SSA).
