What you'll need to apply:

• Your personal and address details                                        
• Your unique shareholder reference number or investor code         
• You also have the option when you open a new Santander Shareholder Account and Dividend Re-investment Plan to deposit an additional £1000 for investment into Santander shares. Simply make a personal cheque made payable to yourself up to the value of £1000

You can apply if:

• You are a UK resident
• You are a private individual shareholder of Banco Santander, S.A. and hold your shares through the
• Santander Nominee Service or the Santander UK Nominee
