Rights Issue Shareholder Correspondence
On Friday 14th November The Santander Shareholder Department released a mailing to UK shareholders explaining the recently announced Rights Issue being undertaken by Santander.
The correspondence that was mailed out to UK shareholders can be found below. These downloads include the shareholder letter, a list of questions and answers and also the recent changes that have been made to the terms and conditions of the two nominee services, the Santander Nominee Service and the Santander UK Nominee. Please make sure you download the documents relating to your nominee service.
