Regent's Park Open Air Theatre Tickets Prize
Draw - Terms and Conditions
1. There are 100 prizes consisting of 50 pairs of tickets for each of the two performances, Gigi and Twelfth Night. The Regent's Park Theatre tickets are transferable, but not refundable.
3. The prize draw winners of tickets for Gigi will be randomly selected on Tuesday 12th August 2008 and overseen by an independent adjudicator.
4. The prize draw winners of tickets for Twelfth were selected on Tuesday 12th June 2008 and overseen by an independent adjudicator.
5. The prize winners will be notified by telephone or post and prizes delivered within 10 business days after the draw. If the winner is unable to be contacted after 30 days or any prize is declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at Banco Santander's discretion. Banco Santander will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner/s to take up the specified prize.
6. Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion.
7. The name and county of the prize winner will be available after 15th August 2008 until 25th September 2008 to those sending a stamped self-addressed envelope marked ‘Regent's Park Open Air Theatre Prize Draw' to the address described in condition 9 below.
8. The Prize winner agrees to the publishing of their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity.
9. No alternatives to the prize will be offered.
10. The Promoter is Banco Santander SA, Shareholder Department, Santander House, 100 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7NJ.
11.The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary and if the circumstances arise outside its control.
