Santander has appointed Equiniti Financial Services Limited to provide share registration services to our shareholders who hold their shares in the form of CDIs (Crest Depository Interests) in the UK.
Equiniti is the UK market leader in share registration and provides associated services to over 700 companies, ranging in size from small recently floated companies to large multinationals such as Santander. Under this appointment, Equiniti provides share register administration for Santander shareholders.
Equiniti provide the online nominee service that allows shareholders to look up information on their holdings, update address and bank mandate instructions, and choose how to receive company information.
Equiniti also provides a dealing service incorporating telephone and internet trading allowing existing shareholders to both purchase and dispose of their shares. This service is available to private shareholders in the UK who hold shares in the Santander Nominee Service for which Equiniti provides share registration services.
