Cheque to BACS – Terms & Conditions
1. There are four prizes consisting of one Thomson Travel vouchers worth £250 each. Thomson vouchers are transferable and there is no time limit on redemption. Thomson vouchers can be redeemed for full or part payment against flights, accommodation, holidays, and other travel products from over 150 suppliers. Thomson vouchers can only be redeemed in-store through any Thomson Travel Agent or against phone bookings made with the following: Thomson Direct – 0870334400. Thomson vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, travellers cheques or foreign currency and May not be redeemed against some low-cost airline. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
2. All Santander shareholders who change the way they receive their dividend payments from cheque to a direct payment to a bank / building society account between 21st August and 17th November 2008 will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
3. The prize draw winners will be randomly selected on 24th November 2008 and overseen by an independent adjudicator.
4. The prize winner will be notified by telephone or post and prizes delivered within 10 business days after the draw. If the winner is unable to be contacted after 30 days or any prize is declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at Banco Santander's discretion. Banco Santander will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner/s to take up the specified prize.
5. Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion.
6.The name and county of the prize winner will be available after 26th November until 1st December 2008 to those sending a stamped self-addressed envelope marked ‘cheques to BACS prize draw' to the address described in condition 9 below.
7. The Prize winner agrees to the publishing of their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity.
8. No alternatives to the prize will be offered.
9. The Promoter is Banco Santander SA, Shareholder Department, 5th Floor Abbey House, 2 Triton Square, Regent's Place, London NW1 3AN.
10. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary and if the circumstances arise outside its control.
