SSA Club – Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership
Membership of the SSA Club is free, and is created automatically for every shareholder who already has, or who opens, a Santander Shareholder Account and Dividend Reinvestment Plan (SSA).

Your membership of the SSA Club will become active once your SSA is registered on your shareholding in theSantander Nominee Service.
New SSAs are registered against individual shareholders’ holdings in the Santander Nominee Service before each quarterly reinvestment, so it may take up to eight weeks from your SSA being opened before your membership is activated. Quarterly re-investments take place in February, May, August and November each year.
Membership of the SSA Club will cease on disposal of the shares that you hold in the Santander Nominee Service, or the closure of your SSA, whichever occurs first.
Membership of the SSA Club gives you access to exclusive member offers and monthly prize draws.
Membership of the SSA Club does not form part of the Santander Shareholder Account and Dividend Reinvestment Plan.

2. Monthly Prize Draws
Once your membership has been activated [see Membership information above], and until your membership of the Club ceases, you will be entered into the regular monthly draws.
We will hold a prize draw every month. The prizes will change each month. The winning SSA Club member will be selected at random, and each SSA Club member has an equal chance of winning a prize. Monthly Prize Draws will be overseen by an independent adjudicator.
