terms and conditions - Samsung TV prize draw
1. There is one prize consisting of one Samsung 50" plasma television.
2. All Santander shareholders who open a Santander Shareholder Account between 21st February and 20th May 2008 will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
3. The prize draw winner will be randomly selected on 2nd June 2008 and overseen by an independent adjudicator.
4. The prize winner will be notified by telephone or post and the prize delivered within 10 business days after the draw. If the winner is unable to be contacted after 30 days or any prize is declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at Banco Santander's discretion. Banco Santander will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winner to take up the specified prize.
5. Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion.
6. The name and county of the prize winner will be available after 3rd June until 30th June 2008 to those sending a stamped self-addressed envelope marked ‘SSA prize draw' to the address described in condition 9 below.
7. The Prize winner agree to the publishing of their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity.
8. No alternatives to the prize will be offered.
9. The Promoter is Banco Santander SA, Shareholder Department, Santander House, 100 Ludgate Hill, London, EC4M 7NJ.
10. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary and if the circumstances arise.
