As previously advised, with effect from 12 July 2010 the Santander UK Nominee Service which is provided by Capita IRG Trustees Limited has been discontinued.

What is a nominee service?

A nominee service enables you to hold your entitlement to Santander shares in the UK, rather than in Spain. It provides a way for you to settle transactions on your Santander shares without having to contact brokers in Spain or exchange currency when buying or selling Santander shares. It will also allow you to receive your Santander dividend payments in Sterling.  The Santander Nominee Service was put in place to make being an investor in Santander easier for our shareholders.
